1. Acceptance of Terms

Prasanna Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Prasanna Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") operates STYRA ("Application", "Platform", "Services"), an asset management and condition monitoring solution integrated with FLIR thermal cameras. STYRA is available worldwide via FLIR App Store and mobile devices.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of STYRA, including all content, features and services. By accessing STYRA, creating an account, or using any Services, you agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy.

STYRA is headquartered in India and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) (California), and applicable global data protection laws.

2. Eligibility

Parties

This agreement is between Prasanna Technologies Pvt Ltd (2nd Floor, Essel Centre, MG Road, Mangalore-575003, Karnataka, India) and you ("User", "you", or "your"), either an individual end-user or authorized representative of an organization.

Acceptance

By clicking "Accept", registering, or using STYRA, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be legally bound. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity.

Individual vs Enterprise

  • Individual Tier: Free for limited period with limited features (field engineers, inspectors).
  • Enterprise Tier: Licensed for organizations with advanced analytics, integrations and multi-user support.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use STYRA for lawful asset management, condition monitoring, predictive/preventive maintenance.
  • Capture, analyze thermal imagery from compatible FLIR cameras.
  • Generate reports and insights for internal business purposes.

4. Scope of Services

STYRA provides a platform that enables customers to upload, process, analyze, and manage thermal images and asset-related data using advanced analytics. The services are delivered on a subscription or usage-based basis, as specified in the applicable order form or service agreement.

STYRA owns everything it builds

  • This includes the software code, algorithms, AI/ML models, trademarks, designs, and platform technology.
  • Customers do not get ownership of STYRA’s technology just by using the service.

You (the customer) own your own data

  • This includes thermal images, asset data, inspection data, and other content you upload.
  • STYRA does not claim ownership over customer data.

You give STYRA permission to use your data

  • Only to provide the service (processing images, running AI analysis, generating reports, support, etc.).
  • This permission is a limited license, not a transfer of ownership.

“We own the platform. You own your data. We can use your data only to run the service.”

5. Account Registration & Security

To access and use the Services, you may be required to register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including name, email, country/region, user type (individual/organization) and activating via OTP/email verification. You agree to promptly update such information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities performed through their accounts.

6. Subscription, Fees & Payments

Payment Information Processing

When you purchase or subscribe to our Services, we may collect and process limited payment-related information, including:

  • Billing name and address,
  • Subscription plan details, transaction references, and payment status

We do not store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete banking credentials. Payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment processors that comply with applicable security and regulatory standards (such as PCI DSS).

Pricing

  • Individual: Free for a limited period with limited features, Subscription
  • Enterprise: Free for a limited period with limited features, Subscription
  • No Refunds (except as required by law).

Certain services are subscription-based. Fees are payable as per agreed terms and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to access and use the Services solely for internal business purposes.

7. Restrictions on Use

Users shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble STYRA.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit STYRA.
  • Use for unlawful purposes or violate third-party rights.
  • Scrape data, interfere with Services, or bypass security measures.
  • Use in high-risk environments (nuclear, life-support) without written approval.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All STYRA intellectual property (code, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, designs) remains exclusively ours. You retain rights to your uploaded content (thermal images, asset data), subject to our license for service delivery.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information and use it solely for the purpose of service delivery.

10. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”).
  • You hereby grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, free license to use, host, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party tools. Prasanna Technologies is not responsible for third-party services.

12. Service Availability & Support

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, subject to maintenance and downtime.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Total liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months
  • No liability for User Content accuracy or third-party claims
  • Force majeure events excluded

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prasanna Technologies from claims arising due to misuse or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend/terminate for:

  • Material breaches.
  • Non-payment.
  • Legal requirements.

Upon termination: 30 days to export data; accounts deleted thereafter.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Law: The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Jurisdiction: The courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

Consumer Disputes (individual user): Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, disputes may be brought before the competent consumer courts or authorities in the consumer’s place of residence in Sweden, as required by applicable law.

Arbitration (Enterprise): For enterprise or commercial customers, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration seated in Sweden, in accordance with the Swedish Arbitration Act.

18. Changes to Terms

Updated terms notified via app/email/website. Continued use = acceptance. Material changes: 30 days notice.
